I have been fortunate enough to be a part of training some of Britain's most recent and emerging talents.

I place training at the heart of my process. My psychophysical approach explores what it is for the actor to be in a total state of presence. Investigating the full spectrum of the actor, driving them towards existing truthfully and presently in their work. Whether it be on stage or screen.

To quote Jerzy Grotowski, I aim for the ‘elimination of all organic and technical barriers, freeing oneself of all preconceptions and prejudices which could destroy the organic unity of the person in action.’
