ABOUT ANDREW

I am an acting and performance coach, director, and executive trainer. Running workshops internationally and works at leading drama schools.

My training began at Rose Bruford College and the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. I would go on to work intensively with Bred in the Bone Theatre Laboratory at the Grotowski Institute in Wroclaw, Poland.

After joining the company, I continued to work extensively as an actor and workshop leader. I toured internationally eventually finding a home at Theatre De Menilmontant, Paris where the company ran the ‘Dreams Before Dawn’ festival.

Working in a laboratory company led to hundreds of hours of intensive and exhaustive research in actor training. This experience acts as a core foundation to my way of working.

Additionally, I was a core member of the award winning ‘The Third Arrangement’ working internationally with actors of the acclaimed Cricot2 Teatr. My travels as an actor took me from The Grotowski Institute to the A.P Chekhov Theatre and beyond.

I have worked for the last ten years as a visiting lecturer and director at leading Drama Schools. My training focuses on psycho-physical techniques under the name of ‘Totality’.

As an acting coach I have recently completed work with actors for Disney +, Hulu, Netflix and BBC. I work with actors to help bring the best out of their performances throughout the process. To see what some of the actors that have worked with me have to say visit the testimonials page.

In addition to my work, I am a fitness fanatic, coffee nerd and train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. My fitness challenges have raised money for charity, recently running 500KM in 30 days for Macmillan Cancer Support.
